Amazon India wanted to onboard more sellers from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities—entrepreneurs who weren’t reachable via conventional digital marketing. I developed and led a mini-documentary pilot under the banner Seller Success Stories, showcasing the founder of Sleepy Owl Coffee and how Amazon enabled the brand’s rise. We went beyond traditional social media distribution, using a WhatsApp-first B2B campaign to directly share the film with thousands of small business owners and trader communities across India.
Amazon needed to reach and inspire small-town sellers—many of whom weren’t active on social media and didn’t respond to typical digital advertising. The messaging had to be both relatable and aspirational, told through real voices.
